Russian Environmental Hero Dmitry Lisitsyn Wins 2011 Goldman Environmental Prize

Dmitry Lisitsyn of Sakhalin Environment Watch, one of Pacific Environment’s long-term partners in the Russian Far East, received the prestigious Goldman Environmental Prize for his work to protect Sakhalin Island’s forests, Salmon habitats, and the endangered Western Gray Whale.
