Galina Angarova
Galina Angarova is Pacific Environment’s Russia Program Director. Her area of expertise is in Community-based Initiatives. Galina was born and raised in the Lake Baikal area and she graduated with honors from Buryat State University in 1998. In 2000 she received a Muskie scholarship from the US Department of State to go to graduate school in the United States. She received a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico in 2002
