Grace Healy
Grace Healy serves as Pacific Environment’s Deputy Director, Climate Campaign. In her current roles, she leads Pacific Environment’s climate campaign and manages its workforce development, finances, operations, and overall strategy. Prior to joining Pacific Environment, Grace worked as a program manager of strategic planning with New York City’s Division of Energy Management where she oversaw programs focused on growing and supporting the City’s energy-focused workforce. There, Grace managed an annual program budget of $11,000,000, with scope to support over 100 personnel. Beforehand, Grace spent three years with The Trust for Public Land as an institutional giving manager, during which she cultivated critical support for the organization’s work in New York and across the country.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Brown University and a master’s degree in environmental history from Fordham University. She works in Pacific Environment’s San Francisco office.
