Her career after AmeriCorps includes teaching dance and creative writing at a children’s shelter, working as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist supporting children challenged by trauma and severe emotional disturbances as well as leading pilot programs to support vulnerable adults experiencing chronic homelessness and acute mental illness. As an HR leader she is passionate about developing strong and fair systems that protect and support the needs of both the company and the employee.
Tashia’s experience as a front-line service provider combined with her leadership roles in administration make her a balanced, compassionate, and effective Human Resources professional who understands the importance of putting people first.
