Pacific Environment - Protecting the Living Environment of the Pacific Rim

Deng Ping provides hands-on program strategy, campaign planning, fundraising, and communications support, as well as daily and weekly one-on-one mentoring to grassroots partners across China. Ping was previously a climate & energy senior campaigner of Greenpeace East Asia’s coal & water project. While at Greenpeace, Ping was a critical force in the project to expose the illegal and corrupt practices of the coal industry. She has a technical background in coal, air pollution, and energy-related fields.

Ping has a Master of Science in grasslands ecology/conservation science and a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from China Agricultural University.
