Fanny Lam
Fanny Lam was born and raised in Hong Kong and immigrated to San Francisco a decade ago. Fanny is passionate about contributing her 18-year business expertise and providing strategic and financial guidance to support the growth of non-profit organizations in the community.
Fanny is the Executive Director of APA Family Support Services, a nonprofit providing culturally and linguistically competent services to underprivileged families in the San Francisco Bay Area. She serves on various non-profit boards; Board Treasurer at City of San Francisco Portsmouth Plaza Parking Corporation, Chairperson of the Planning Commission at the City of Rohnert Park, Sonoma County, and Board Special Advisor of the Gravenstein Parents Association. Her enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit transform the organization that she serves to grow smartly and sustainably. Previously, Fanny was the Interim Finance and Operations Director at Pacific Environment.
Fanny earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and her Bachelor of Law at the University of London. She is multilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. In her free time, she enjoys playing music and sharing her cultural tradition and Cantonese Cuisine with others.
