Zero Waste Cities Officer

Li Chenyang serves as Zero Waste Cities Officer for Pacific Environment’s Chongqing Representative Office.

Chenyang has been actively involved in environmental protection efforts in China since 2007. He has a professional background in social development and resettlement management, Chenyang provided consulting services to World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other internal financing projects in China as a resettlement and social development specialist. Additionally, he served as a community liaison officer at Shell China, where he was responsible for community relations, stakeholder engagement and social performance.

Chenyang graduated from Lanzhou University of Technology in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
