Ted Zhang serves as Pacific Environment’s Climate Analyst, China Program. Ted brings years of experience in energy issues and market research to our zero-emissions shipping work in China. Previously, Ted worked for a water utility, and in the renewables & environmental sectors including for Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) and the Northeast Clean Energy Council. Ted holds an MBA & M.S. in digital innovation from Boston University and an M.S. & B.S. in thermal power engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing. He is based in Chongqing, China.
